This is another standard Universe release. But since their standard is high, I'm fine with it.
The transfer is nice and clean, with only a few instances of too hard compression, and almost no specks. Colors seem faded but that may be on purpose, because the overall look of the film is somewhat cool. Grain is often visible but it varies from scene to scene, suggesting that it may be due to the shooting conditions at the time.
Subtitles are white with a black edge. Perfect.
Included on the disc is a dull featurette (9:59), where 2/3 seems to be clips from the film, and the rest is merely "talking-heads" interviews with the cast and the director. The feature is not subtitled.
By Hong Kong standards this is a top of the line DVD.
